Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your anime gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Your right to cancel If you're in the UK, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason and without giving a justification. This applies whether or not the item was on sale. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Our 30-day returns window On top of your legal right to cancel, we accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Email us at davidsmith@dsanime.co.uk and we'll confirm whether your return is accepted. If it is, we'll send you a return shipping label along with the address and instructions for sending your package back. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as items sent without a requested return can't be accepted.

Damage and wrong items Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.

Items we can't accept back Gift cards, and perishable goods such as food and confectionery once opened. Custom or personalised orders also can't be returned. If you're unsure about a particular item, just ask before you buy.

Exchanges The quickest route is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want, rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at davidsmith@dsanime.co.uk

EU 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification.
